Cashless bracelet at Camping Mané Guernehué

The waterproof wristband given to you on arrival allows you to pay for services and activities during your stay. You can charge your bracelet as many times as you like during your stay. Then use your bracelet to pay for and consume all our services!

Some answers to your questions:

During your stay :

  • Number of wristbands issued on arrival: 1 wristband per person over 10 (depending on your request).
  • Access your online account: You must create a cashless account once you have the bracelet. If you haven’t received a welcome e-mail, click on this link , then click on “forgot password” and create a password.
  • Charge your bracelet: online (credit card) or at reception (cash, cheque, vacation vouchers, credit card)
  • Only CB and cashless payments are accepted in the various services.
  • Payment methods accepted at the restaurant: Cashless, credit card, Ticket Restaurant. Tips accepted in cashless or cash.
  • Payment methods accepted at the bar: Cashless, credit card, Ticket Restaurant. Tips accepted in cash.
  • In the event of a malfunction: Appointment at reception
  • Lost bracelet: Go to reception, it may have been returned.
  • To cancel: Log in to your account, select your bracelet and block it so that it can no longer be used. A new bracelet will be given to you on receipt (fee: 1 euro).
  • Broken wristband: If your wristband has been cut or torn, a new one will be given to you at reception (fee: 1 euro).
  • Track your spending: You can view details of your transactions on your account. The balance may be displayed at a later time, depending on network coverage. If you wish, our teams in each department can show you your exact remaining balance.

At the end of your stay :

  • You can return your bracelet to reception: If you wish, you can return your bracelet to reception for recycling.
  • You have credits left at the end of your stay: within 2 weeks of the end of your stay, log in to your account to request a refund of any remaining credits. There is no refund fee. The minimum refund is 3 euros. There is an administrative delay before the refund appears in your bank account.
  • You have credits left over and intend to return to Mané Guernehué in the same season: you can use your credits during your next stay at Mané Guernehué in the same season. In this case, please keep your bracelet.
  • You have credits left over and are planning to go to another Yelloh Village in the same season: you won’t be able to use the Cashless bracelet given to you at Mané Guernehué. Within 2 weeks of the end of your stay at Mané Guernehué, log in to your account to request reimbursement of any remaining credits. An administrative delay is necessary before the refund appears in your bank account.
  • Non-refundable vacation vouchers: no refunds will be made at the end of your stay for any purchases made with vacation vouchers.
  • For any problem concerning the refund: send us an e-mail to info(@)camping-baden.com. Include your name, chip number and the problem encountered.
