Mané Guernehué undertakes to process and retain all personal information provided by the user in compliance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and solely for the purpose of keeping the user informed of news from Mané Guernehué and to give the user priority access to offers of goods and services related to the activity of Camping Mané Guernehué.
3- Data retention and security
Data is kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
for newsletter subscription management, data will be kept for as long as the subscription is active and all data will be deleted within 2 months of a user unsubscribing;
Personal data relating to bookings is kept for a longer period of time in order to meet legal obligations (such as tax and sales regulations and for warranty purposes).
All other data will be kept for a period of 2 years.
Mané Guernehué has taken all necessary precautions to preserve the confidentiality and security of personal data processed and to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, destroyed or accessed by unauthorized third parties
